Physiotherapy at home

If you are unable to come to the practice in Buitenveldert, you can call in us to treat you at home for as long as necessary with a referral for “at home physiotherapy” from the general practitioner.

We specialize in home physiotherapy and drive throughout Amsterdam south to treat patients at home. We focus on patients with complex care needs who are referred by their GP to a physiotherapist, but cannot come to the practice. This is not only about the elderly, but about anyone who experiences significant limitations in daily life due to, for example, a stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s disease or a broken hip.

If you want to be eligible for treatment at home, you must obtain a referral for home treatment from your general practitioner. Our field physiotherapists participate in the multidisciplinary consultation at the Medical Center Gelderlandplein and, if necessary, have short lines of communication with your referrer.
