We recommend that you first check how many treatments you receive per year from your supplementary insurance. If you do not have additional insurance or have already used the number of treatments for your supplementary insurance this year, the costs are for your own account. We apply the following rates for this.
If you can not meet an appointment, we ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. An amount of € 27,50 will be charged for an appointment that has not been fulfilled or canceled in time. The insurer will not reimburse this agreement.
The following rates apply if you are not (or no longer) insured for physiotherapy (or if you require a receipt).

Reimbursements physiotherapy health insurer
The practice has concluded cooperation contracts with all health insurers. The practice is obliged to comply with the rules of the health insurer regarding the treatment of the patient, including the preparation of a comprehensive medical file per patient.
Physiotherapy for children (<18 years):
For children, the health insurer reimburses at least nine physiotherapy treatments from the basic insurance. You do not pay any excess for this. In the case of a chronic indication with referral, the child is usually entitled to more reimbursement from the basic insurance.
With chronic physical therapy you always need a referral from your general practitioner or medical specialist. Do you have an indication for chronic physical therapy? In that case, you are entitled to reimbursement under the basic insurance from the 21st treatment. The first 20 treatments are for your own account. If you wish to receive this (partially) reimbursement, you can take out supplementary insurance for this. Ask your insurer about the conditions.
The additional insurance:
The supplementary insurance is an insurance that covers (partially) costs that are not reimbursed from the basic package. For example, it is possible to choose an additional package containing a number of physiotherapy reimbursements of your choice. Your health insurer will then reimburse the number of treatments per year for which you have taken out supplementary insurance. The excess therefore does not apply to the costs of the supplementary insurance.
