COPD is a collective term for chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Shortness of breath, coughing and poor condition are common symptoms of COPD. Daily things such as sports, shopping, walking or climbing stairs can therefore be difficult or even impossible.

During the treatment: you practice, among other things, correct breathing in different circumstances, techniques that allow you to cough up excess mucus in a good way.
